There is zero tolerance for harassment of other players during the event or surrounding the event. Do not message your opponent during the tournament match (other than "gl" and "gg").

During the broadcast, your chat will be monitored for stream sniping. Back-seating is fine, but any info about your opponent will result in a disqualification.
-
Be as timely as possible to your designated time slot (two hour call tine) during the broadcast, fail to do so will result in a bye round for your opponent or a fill-in will be your replacement.
-
Being ranked lower or higher than iron after you have been selected as a participant is allowed, we always encourage you to play the game regardless of your ending rank before the tournament.
-
Your ranked placement by the time of the tournament will be taken into consideration when seeding the bracket.
-
In order to accept an invitation to Brick-Offs, you have to join the Brick-Offs Discord within 48 hours of the invite.
FAQ:
Q: Do I have to play to apply?
-
No! We encourage people who haven't played ranked to apply to compete. The skill cap for this tournament is iron, so anyone iron III and lower are welcome.
Q: What if I can't make my designated time?
-
It depends on the bracket, we can often switch players around, but we prioritize players that were true to their availability.
Q: What is the prize?
-
We pride ourselves on awarding a cash prize to the winner. It will always be at least a $100 payout to first place, and anything extra is thanks to the donators through the donation page
Q: I'm applying for student but don't have a coach, can I still apply?
-
Yes! We have a solo and a duo application form. If you apply solo you will be paired with a coach. (This is not a draft process, you will be assigned based on player experience).
Q: I'm applying as a coach but don't have a student, can I still apply?
-
Yes! We have a solo and a duo application form. If you apply solo you will be paired with a student. (This is not a draft process, you will be assigned based on player experience).
Q: What if I don't get accepted?
-
We keep everyone who applies on file. Any previous applicants who were not chosen have a higher priority of getting picked for a future tournament, assuming you have the correct requirements for said tournament.
Q: What if I'm not a streamer?
-
As long as you have a working twitch account that you can broadcast on day-of, the size of your viewership or following does not matter. We do not take that into consideration when deciding the participants.
